Recently, the China International Food Processing and Packaging Machinery Exhibition (FoodPack China & ProPak China 2024) took place at the Shanghai National Exhibition and Convention Center. At the same time, the first Fermentation Food and Bioprocessing Technology Forum was held, with over 190 experts from universities and research institutions, food industry managers, technical R&D personnel, and representatives from machinery manufacturing companies participating in the forum. They jointly discussed the future development path of the fermented food and bioprocessing technology industry, contributing wisdom and strength to the prosperity and progress of the industry.
During the forum, the fermented food industry and bioprocessing technology equipment were integrated into one body, focusing on the current status and future trends of fermented food and bioprocessing technology development. The chairman and CEO of Dynaflow, Chi Haipeng, were invited to speak, delivering a keynote speech titled "Low Entropy, Sustainable Laboratory" to introduce the implementation path of low-entropy laboratories and food and fermentation laboratory design and construction cases. This provided a direction for promoting the development of food and fermentation laboratories towards more green and sustainable directions.
This exhibition aimed to "Connect the Industrial Chain" as its innovative concept, focusing on key areas such as food processing, packaging machinery, intelligent manufacturing, and coordinating with co-exhibitions at the same period, with a total exhibition area of 180,000 square meters, attracting more than 2000 enterprises and brands to participate in the exhibition.
