In this exhibition, Dynaflow demonstrated the whole process of the assembled modular laboratory, from the whole process of BIM design, production and installation, and how to achieve long life cycle, high precision and high quality. The fabricated laboratory is designed and built using Dynaflow 's sixth generation of fabricated laboratory implementation technology, which is built in the same way as an automobiles. The prefabrication of product modules is all produced in the factory through a fully automatic robot production line, and a large number of robots are transported to the site for assembly in the later stage, perfectly realizing the synchronous completion of production, installation, testing and inspection, making the laboratory installation efficiency greatly improved, and the implementation time can be reduced by up to 98%, the manual time can be reduced by 99%, and the on-site pollution emissions can be reduced by 90%. Aerial work is reduced by 90%, greatly improving the quality and accuracy of the product. The on-site assembled laboratory model room more intuitively shows the simple integration performance of the assembled laboratory, attracting a large number of guests and friends to consult and discuss.
