    In December 2021, Wanhua Chemical Group Global R & D Center and Abp Project won the "2020-2021 National Excellence Engineering Award " issued by the China Construction Enterprise Management Association.

    The National Excellence Engineering Award is considered as the highest award with the Luban Award in the field of engineering construction in China, of which is the Oscar. The selection of the award is organized and implemented by the China Construction Enterprise Management Association, advocating the spiritual concept of To Be Excellence, To Be Classic, focusing on improving the comprehensiveness, systematicness, scientificity and economy of engineering quality management, and publicizing and commending engineering projects with excellent design, quality, and management, high efficiency, advanced technology, energy saving and environmental protection.

    Wanhua Chemical Group's global R&D center and ABP project is located in the northern foothills of Cishan Mountain opposite Guxin Shilan Village in Yantai Development Zone, adjacent to the hot spring town in the south, built by the mountain, three water systems run through it, with beautiful scenery, and realize the harmonious unity of architecture and nature.

    As a world-class garden-style global R&D center and headquarters base, the project is mainly used to develop new products, new technologies and new materials in the chemical industry, and to provide technical and management support for the whole process of industrialization. The buildings in the park are all energy-saving and environmentally friendly buildings, with a total construction area of 133,300 square meters, including administrative and business centers, R&D office buildings, technology development centers, analysis and testing centers & product development centers, product development centers, restaurants, training centers, information centers, high-performance materials research centers, building 1, and high-performance materials research centers.

    Wanhua Chemical Group's global R&D center and ABP project adopts ten new technologies in the construction industry, reaching the domestic advanced level. Among them, in the mechanical and electrical installation engineering of the six experimental research and development areas, The core technology of Dynaflow - BIMLOD500 level design + fifth generation prefabricated implementation technology is adopted. At present, 294 national patents have been applied for in this technological achievement, and 73% of them is invention patents.

    In the early stage, the technicians used BIM technology 1:1 modeling, and during the construction process, the prefabricated modules were factory-made, and the mechanical equipment and robots participated in the standardized production to ensure the quality of all modules was unified, and then transported to the site for splicing. After the splicing is completed, the wireless remote control technology is used to realize the synchronous lifting of multiple groups of brackets and pipelines, which greatly improves the construction efficiency of the laboratory.

    The 12,000-square-meter laboratory is completed in 24 hours by only 8 people. The on-site mechanical and electrical construction cycle was shortened by 97.4%, the on-site construction labor time was reduced by 98.5%, and the overall construction efficiency was increased by 68 times.

    The new fifth generation of mechanical and electrical prefabricated construction technology, leading the world, will make the traditional mechanical and electrical construction into a perfect cooperation between machines and humans, and transform the building into a product. The robot participates in the assembly to ensure the millimeter-level error of the completed laboratory electromechanical pipeline, the open laboratory with a large volume of 120m, and the heavy pipeline with a single layer of 4500m, but it is generally woven on the ceiling by industrial workers, and the longitude and latitude are measured and neat.
